Time Out!

Part of the reason that there hasn't been much activity on the blog this month is because I've been getting ready to showcase the Urban Operations studio to the general public as part of the "Silver Lake Modernism: Then and Now" tour. For those folks who are dropping by the office, make sure to check out the drawing set for the Corralitas project.

Things should return to normal here at the office after the tour and the first round of permit corrections should be coming back next week. So stay tuned!

Soils Report Approved!

We got the soils and geology approval letter from the LA Grading Dept. Basically, it outlines the requirements that the Grading Department is prescribing for us in order to complete the project. It does not necessarily guarantee anything, as our plan-check corrections have not come back yet. Four more weeks and we should know.
